Curiosity, a desire to learn, and a passion for mechanics: these are the key ingredients that accompanied Filippo throughout his internship at SCS Automaberg.
Born in 2003, Filippo is a young mechanical assembler with clear ideas. After attending the “A. Badoni” Technical Institute in Lecco, he decided to put his knowledge into practice through a hands-on company experience.
In 2024, during an orientation interview at JAC, an institute in San Paolo D’Argon (BG) specialized in post-diploma courses, he discovered SCS Automaberg and immediately seized the opportunity to carry out his internship here. His interest in mechanical assembly and the fascination with the machines produced by SCS reinforced his decision: this was the right place to challenge himself.
“I was looking for a practical experience that would allow me to grow and learn on the job. At SCS, I found exactly what I was hoping for,” says Filippo.
During his internship, he worked alongside several experienced technicians on a wide variety of machines: from the compact Trim & Perf units with Paolo, to the DCH 200, one of the most advanced and high-performance solutions offered by the company, with the support of Mirko.
He is currently involved in assembling the guards for the DCH 60, an experience that is helping him further refine his technical skills.
“It was exciting to see how everything I studied in school takes shape, screw by screw. I’ve learned a lot — not just technically, but also in teamwork and facing everyday challenges.”
For Filippo, this internship has been much more than a learning opportunity: it was a confirmation of his passion for manual work and applied mechanics.
Looking ahead, he has clear goals: to continue growing, to learn something new every day, and to find a job that motivates him and makes him feel like an active part of a project.
At SCS Automaberg, we believe in young people and their potential, and we are proud to support them in the first steps of their careers.
