TRI SPLIT

Tri-Split is an automatic machine for the splitting of multiple blocks, ideal for both book blocks and brochures. Once it arrives in the Tri-Split, the book block is moved to the cutting area (including
vacuum system), where three revolving blades cut the block to the required dimensions (within the maximum and minimum limits detailed in the technical specifications).
Depending upon the type of operation, the block can be split into two, three or four parts, through the use of the quick-inclusion or exclusion blade system which allows working with a minimum of one, and a maximum of three blades.

Application

The Tri-Split can be used in-line with the binder (as shown in the layout), or out of line with manual loading of the Falchinetti feeder (see photo).
If used in-line, the Tri-Split is fitted with a conveyor belt.
