MACROPARK highlights and benefits

This unit is similar to the MICROPARK but has a much greater accumulating capacity: Able to absorb up to 700 books, it can reduce binder downtime even more drastically, because the higher accumulating capacity allows much more time to settle any problem that may happen in the trimmer or casing in area; also it contributes to even easier binder speed optimizing, although again always allowing enough empty space to clear the binder in the event of a downstream stop.

In addition to the aforementioned advantages, the MACROPARK will permit a 50 – 60% saving of set up time for the whole line.
Thanks to its accumulating capacity, the binder can be size-changed at the end of every job while the trimmer or casing in line are being kept busy from the contents of the MACROPARK.
When starting a new job, the reverse sequence is followed by filling the accumulator from the binder, which can start to produce while the trimmer is being set-up.

MICRO-MACROPARK characteristics

The MICROPARK accepts one book per shelf, whereas every MACROPARK shelf takes up one max. 1,200 mm long row of books varying between 2 and 10 books per row depending on spine length.
The shelves can be switched for book thicknesses from 5 to 35 mm or 35 to 70 mm, resulting in 70 or 35 useable shelves respectively.
